Carer of the Month August 2020

Wow! Time flies, doesn’t it? It feels like only last week that we awarded Brian Rooney with the Carer of the Month for July. Brian wholeheartedly deserved last month’s award for going beyond the call of duty for everyone at Egerton Park Supported Living and making it a thriving, happy place.

However, the show must go on and today we are super excited to announce the winner of August’s Carer of the Month Award!

Let’s roll out the red carpet for…

Jo Bendell from Streatfeild House

Jo was nominated by her colleague Elita who has been amazed by how hard Jo has been working to accommodate all of the new residents who have come through the doors of Streatfield House. Jo has been braving difficult night shifts (and we all know how hard and tiring they can be ?) to get new arrivals settled in and to keep everyone at Streatfeild House in good spirits.

As Elita put it herself: “Jo has a very good, kind personality and she really deserves the award for August” and all of us at Log my Care unanimously agreed!

Well deserved, Jo, you trooper

The team at Log my Care and Streatfeild House tip our hats to you for being a superhero carer and colleague. We hope you enjoy the box of treats whizzing its way to you
