Announcing April's Carer of the Month

It’s time to announce April’s Carer of the Month. A few weeks ago we recognised Lisa Curtis for her patience, care and passion for her job.

April’s winner was nominated by several of her colleagues for her work ethic and positivity. Let’s find out who our lucky winner is…

Congratulations to Caroline Hodgson from Granville Court Care Home! 👏

Caroline was nominated by her colleague, Rachell, for her creativity and hard work throughout the month of April. “I believe that she deserves to win the award for her outstanding performance throughout the month,” said Rachell.

Caroline works as a Care Assistant at Granville Care and independently organised an Easter Raffle, The Grand National Sweep and the Pie, Pea and Bingo evening. That’s pretty impressive!

Not only has Caroline organised these fantastic events for her residents, Rachell shared that she also completed shopping tasks outside of work in her own time for one of the residents.

To top it all off, Caroline has raised a total of £200 for the Resident’s Social Fund this month alone!

We were so blown away by Caroline going above and beyond for her residents that we have sent her some treats to thank her for all her hard work last month.
