In just a few minutes, your care service can be up running with our care home management system. Just follow the 4 simple steps below – it literally is that simple.

Step 1 – Fill this form in

We’ll need a few details to get your care service up and going. This is what we use to validate you’re a registered provider and to set up your account – make sure you put in the right information or it won’t work.

If you’re a Carer who needs an account, please ask your Manager to add you or speak to one of our team via live chat. This form is for new providers wanting access only.

Step 2 – Check your email

Check your inbox and read the email we’ve just sent you.

 

Step 3 – Log in to the ‘Care Office’

Log in to your ‘Care Office’ to start adding your staff, residents, service-users and clients.

 

Step 4 – Start managing care delivery

Kick-off your care planning activities and see the actions automatically update to the Carers’ devices.

 

In the meantime…

Once you’ve added your staff, they’ll get an email showing them how to set their PIN to access the ‘Carer App’. You’ll then need to install the app onto the smartphones and other devices you want them to use. As soon as they have their PIN and the app is installed they can log in and start recording care.
