Step 1 – fill in the form below
We’ll need a few details to get you going. This is what we use to validate you’re a registered provider and to set up your account – make sure you put in the right information.
Step 2 – you’ll get an email
Read the email we’ve just sent you and follow the instructions inside.
Step 3 – log in to the ‘Care Office’
Log in to the ‘Care Office’ to start adding your carers and residents.
Step 4 – start planning your care
Start planning your residents’ care – your carers will get their own ‘Carer App’ automatically updated with their tasks.
In the meantime…
Once you’ve added your carers, they’ll get an email showing them how to download the ‘Carer App’ on their smartphone. Once you’ve completed Step 4 they can start logging & recording care via their smartphones.
