All you need to do is give individuals access to our Family Portal, a personalised timeline that automatically updates from your logs, to show what care has been delivered.

You can even capture all those unmissable moments with photos and videos and share these with family members. A great way to evidence your care and add value to your service.

Fully customisable, you can choose what information is shared, from the types of logs shown to toggling on and off specific features. For example, many family members love knowing what activities their loved one has been up to but prefer not to know about toilet routines!

You can also choose to give access to care and support plans, risk assessments, medication charts and other documents, for full transparency.
