Protecting you against online attacks
We’re Cyber Essentials PLUS certified, which means our software will protect you against the vast majority of common cyber attacks, including hacking and phishing.
We know that your data is super important to you, that’s why our software is fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant.
All your data is fully encrypted, stored online and protected by state-of-the-art security.
Storing your data electronically also means you’re not at risk of flood and fire damage.
Every member of your team will have a unique PIN that they’ll use to gain access to the Carer App. This also acts as their digital signature if they need to witness anything.
Users of the Care Office will each have a password, making sure your data is secure.
