"My grandad lives in a nursing home that uses Log my Care. It helps staff ensure his care plan is delivered correctly and that nothing gets missed during shift changeovers. Inevitably, he’s been admitted to hospital and his emergency admission pack created by our digital platform, has made it easy and quick for medical staff to know what his care looks like, from medication to assistance with eating.

Having carried out some voluntary work in a care home in the past, I thought it would be great to partner hands-on experience with my passion for customer support.
Seeing first-hand how the care industry has been stretched, made it a no-brainer to choose Log My Care and working here has allowed me to be a part of a smart solution to an ongoing challenge.

Having previously worked as a minute taker in the public sector I learned of the different pressure points within care homes. I’m so excited to be part of a team which is working hard to tackle these issues by digitalising the care sector meaning carers can deliver the best support possible.

My name is Mihai, started my career by practising Corporate Law, from which I have gathered many useful skills and insights from multiple businesses, which today I use in my QA practice. The transition into IT has been full of challenges and projects which have proven to be a fertile ground for all my abilities gained in the last years. Mixing my social, business and technical skills is the recipe which I bring to the table. At LMC my goal is to provide value to the management side, facilitate the technical side, and grow the social aspect.

I am a front-end developer at Log my care, where my role is to use my technical skills to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Our platform assists individuals with managing their care needs, helping to improve their overall health and wellbeing. I am responsible for building and maintaining the platform's front-end, ensuring it is user-friendly and reliable.
I work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions. With my expertise, I am helping to empower people to take control of their care and improve their quality of life.
Hi I'm Ciprian, and I'm from Romania. I'm currently studying Computer Science. I am 21 years old and I've loved being around computers from a young age - I got into programming pretty early. My goal is to learn as much as I can right now and being really good at what I do.
Here, at LMC, I work as a Mobile Developer with React Native and building a wonderful app together with the rest of the Log my Care Team that changes lives!
Hi there, I'm a proud Portuguese citizen, based in the lovely and sunny Portugal!
I have over 10 years of experience as a Developer, working on different businesses and products.
I think the Log My Care's purpose is quite noble, it was one of the main reasons that made me join to this adventurous project and team.
My main role is to disentangle complicated processes, make what seems to be complicated actually easy to perform - such as taking a candy from a kid, it seems easy, but it's actually quite hard!
My focus is to keep the data model properly structured and quite flexible, as well as keep our API clean, robust and easy to interact with other systems, I aim for nothing less than the perfection.
I love travelling, culture, history, music (rock, rap, hip hop, some trash metal) and a McFlurry! - Life ain't funny without ice-creams.
I'm Alex and I'm working as a Frontend Developer here at LMC. My biggest focus when working is delivering a product that brings an enjoyable interaction for the users. I'm also writing (tech-related) stuff from time to time.
When I'm not working I'm probably in the gym or enjoying a new city & it's scenery.

As Content & SEO Manager, my job is to drive organic growth. I help people discover Log my Care’s amazing product, and the many ways it can benefit the lives of not only care teams, but those who need to be cared for.

As People Manager, I look after everything people-related, from recruitment, and people operations to culture, and am on a mission to make Log my Care a great place to work!
I love supporting businesses and their founders with their growth journeys. Over the past decade I have supported multiple owners in getting investment for their growth journeys. More recently, I supported an Ed-Tech business grow 5x, through building its financial, organisational and strategic capability and subsequently joined LMC to support them on this journey as well.
