Carers download the Carer App to their smartphones, login and start receiving their tasks straightaway.
Once they’re logged in they’ll see everything they need to do and can quickly log simple tasks or full notes, whilst instantly checking information about service users such as Waterlow & MUST.

care manager’s control centre
The Care Office is where managers organise carers and service users, assign to-do’s and tasks.
Set up the Care Office from a web-browser, add your service users and carer details, then start dishing out tasks to your carers. You can then assess service users’ care, create care plans and manage their reviews.
