By participating in the Log my Care Referral Scheme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Referral Rewards
- When you refer a new customer who signs up for a Log my Care plan, you will receive a £100 Amazon gift card.
- Your company will also benefit by receiving one month free upon renewal of their annual Log my Care subscription. This benefit is capped at a maximum value of £500.
Referral Limits
- You may refer up to twelve friends in any given calendar year.
Payment of Referral Rewards
- Referral rewards are paid out after the referred customer has successfully onboarded and paid for at least one month’s subscription.
Definition of a New Customer
- A new customer is defined as someone who has not had a Log my Care account in the past 12 months and is not affiliated with a Group of companies that is already an existing Log my Care customer.
