Care and rota management in harmony

Data flows from service users & carers into Rostering.

Rostering connects to our care management platform to enable you to do more than a standalone rota system can ever do.

Carer profiles include availability, overtime preferences, their skills, training records, and even contract details. For every service user, you'll be able to detail their specific needs, visit preferences, and funding information.

One plan, one login, and one platform for you and your team to get to know and love – consolidating tools will drive up efficiency and drive down rota stress.

Perfect for Domiciliary and Residential care

A single view of all your team's visits and shifts.

Better understand your capacity to deliver care. Our rota builder uses a familiar
drag-and-drop style but with multiple views; see your rota by service user, team member, or just focus on shifts.

Make changes on the go and then publish when you're ready – your team's rota will be updated immediately. Last-minute changes will always happen, but contact details sync from carer profiles so they are always there in case you need to get in touch quickly.

A smarter way to match carers to service users

Access to multiple data points helps you make the best match.

Matching is more efficient but still deeply thoughtful with Rostering – you'll always remain in charge and be person-centred when planning.

You'll get a single view of carer availability, shift preferences, and the skills required for any respective visit or shift.

We'll pull through the important data that impacts your rostering and surface the best matches you have available - you just have to play matchmaker.

The Carer App is your assistant rota manager

In-sync scheduling for carers in and out of work hours.

Create and update the rota, then publish when you're ready to inform the team.

With access to the Carer App, carers will be able to see today's rota events on their home screen and, with just a few taps, their upcoming schedule, including planned absences.

Outside of work hours, you can share the latest schedule PDF via email in a couple of clicks – your team will always be informed, no matter where they are.

Know first with our monitoring dashboard

See your rota as it's happening and intervene when it’s necessary.

The Rostering dashboard provides insights into today's events and identifies when things haven't gone according to plan.

You'll be alerted to events scheduled under less-than-ideal conditions – such as a skills and needs gap or a gender preference mismatch – enabling you to anticipate potential issues and act.

Export detailed rota data into a CSV file with a single click and forward it to your finance team.

Every shift or visit is tagged with a geo-location, so you’ve got full confidence care is being delivered where it’s reported.
