We know that your data is super important to you, that’s why our platform is fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant. All your data is fully encrypted, stored online and protected by state-of-the-art security.

Storing your data electronically also means you’re not at risk of flood and fire damage.

We handle all your sensitive data in line with the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) set standards and take every precaution to ensure that it’s stored and protected correctly.

Our platform exceeds all the set standards outlined in the NHS Digital Data Security and Protection Toolkit, meaning your sensitive information is in safe hands!

Every member of your team will have a unique PIN that they’ll use to gain access to the Carer App. This also acts as their digital signature if they need to witness anything.

Users of the Care Office will each have a password, making sure your data is secure.
