We've been doing our coveted Carer of the month award for a fair old while now and still the nominations continue to pour in. Every month brings the team a whole host of different stories and examples of some of the care sectors shining stars.
Drum roll, please!!
The Carer of the month for August 2019 is Sammy Munton from Rutland House Community Trust.
Sammy is a Manager who was nominated by her team for exemplifying the attributes a good Manager should possess. She’s always supportive of her team and is willing to listen to them no matter how busy she gets. She was also lauded for working extremely hard every day and really trying her hardest to ensure she puts the users of the care service first.
Sammy you’re a legend, thank-you so much for making your team and service-users’ lives that much better. We’re also a little bit sorry about the delayed goodies, the post decided the chocolate was too good to share and ate it…
