Announcing December's Carer of the Month

It’s a brand new year and we are relieved to be out of 2020. But we haven’t forgotten our December awards! 🎄

Last month’s winner was Tony Watson, who put off holidays to continue working round the clock for his service users.

There were loads of awesome nominees for our December Carer of the Month award, but ultimately we chose this Carer for her patience and positive attitude.

Congratulations to Anna-Maria Sztojkov from Chalcraft Hall! 👏

Anna-Maria was nominated by her colleague, Alice, for her positivity and kindness. "She always has time for everyone and her interactions with the residents are brilliant," said Alice.

"No job is too big or small and I love working with her. Best of all she does it all with a smile!"

We wanted to celebrate Anna-Maria and thank her for all her hard work so we’ve ordered some sweets to be delivered to Chalcraft Hall in her honour 🍭

Every month we are blown away by the stories of compassion, dedication and kindness coming from our community members. Choosing a winner is such tough work!

Each month we’ll pick one winner and send them some yummy treats as a prize for all their hard work.
