Log my Care finds social care workers ‘predominantly happy in their role’
Log my Care has revealed the promising results of its new research, which found that only four per cent of respondents want to leave the care sector. Prompted by media reports of a sector in crisis, Log my Care carried out the survey to better understand the sentiment of the social care workforce. In particular, it was interested to see whether an exodus of care workers leaving the sector was on the horizon, and if so, how technology might support them to stay.
