Using Monitoring Reports

Users can easily access the Monitoring Reports from the Reports and choose what monitoring reports are visible from Settings > Monitoring reports.

Getting started with our Monitoring Reports is easy:

• Choose a new report: select the type of report you need from our comprehensive list of categories.
• Filter by date, client, and carer: customise your report by specifying the date range, client, and carer to focus on the information that matters most to you.
• Instant oversight: Once you've chosen your criteria, our reports provide an instant overview of the selected care records, giving you the insights you need at your fingertips.
