Log my Care is now fully compliant with all 14 of the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) standards set by the Assured Solutions List.
We are proud to announce that Log my Care is fully compliant with all 14 of the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) standards set by the Assured Solutions List (ASL), a register of digital solutions assured by NHS England. This compliance milestone not only maintains Log my Care's status as an NHS Assured Supplier, a badge of quality and ambition, but also reaffirms our unwavering commitment to being the best care management platform. We are dedicated to helping care providers deliver the truly personalised care that every service user needs and deserves.
Our full compliance means that Log my Care will soon integrate with GP records, allowing providers to access them directly for the people they support. This integration with GP Connect will facilitate vital information sharing between health and social care systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Having GP records in Log my Care will lead to better-coordinated care, ensuring health conditions and medications are tracked fully between care providers and GPs. Accessing up-to-date GP information will give care providers more extraordinary insight into the full context of a person's health and care needs.
With consent, care managers can view a comprehensive range of GP information, including prescribed medications, allergies, diagnostic test results, immunisations, health issues, and contact details for the GP practice. This wealth of information will enable care managers to provide holistic, Person-centred care tailored to everyone's circumstances, ensuring they are well informed and prepared.
